Purpose
Hygiene surveys at the same client are often only slight alterations
of a standard document. To automate this, it is best to keep these
survey templates in the system and allow users to modify them at
runtime
Survey templates are templates are site specific as they contain
all the surfaces, sampling points, for a specific site
Use Case – Creating / Editing a survey template
Role players labclerk, labtechnician, labmanager,
client
the role player navigates to a client’s ‘survey templates’
page and pushes [add new] to create a new template or clicks on
an existing template to edit
on the template page, much like the create survey page, she enters/selects
a name for the template
the plant/farm where the survey is to be done - from the list
populated for the client in
her set-up
selects the surfaces to be surveyed from the list of all available
for the specific client - maintained on the client’s pages. the
site names and references are listed per row on the survey template
she selects the analyses to be carried out at these sites –
these are presented in columns across the rows of sites
she enters additional price details
travel costs
survey charges
text insertions – selected from list
