Client batches facilitated per Job card

Very often clients request micro-biological analyses for a batch of samples and need to see the results together and batch averages and interpretations displayed. The coherence of the batch samples is maintained throughout the system and are facilitated per bika job card to which only MARs belonging to the batch (by default the same client) get selected

These job cards can therefore be published - only for job cards with only one client’s data. For the same reason, a specific client’s job cards are listed under a tab on the client’s page for easy access

Note to programmers: I think it is necessary to flag ‘client batch’ JC’s as such – it would improve performance as elsewhere it gets necessary to pick out these JCs easily, ie to decide whether to allow clients to be shown hyper linked JC Ids for specific analyses on AR views

Lab grading of total score

When all results are available for a ‘client batch’ job card, a lab grading is calculated from the available data and interpreted

The calculation itself soon here …

Other

For publication of individual analyses the technician goes to the AR

JCs requiring multiple analyses & calculations – clients don’t see raw data, only a ‘reported’ results
